Letter sheets · 6 tags per page

US Letter (8.5 × 11 in), 2 columns × 3 rows of 4 × 3 in tags, with cutting guides.

Individual tags · 4 × 3 in pages

One tag per page at exactly 4 × 3 in, for tag or label printers.

Print at Actual size (100%). In the print dialog choose Actual size, 100% or Scale: 100, never Fit to page, and paper size US Letter (or 4 × 3 in for individual tags). Measure the first tag: it should be exactly 4 in wide.

How to use Clubhouse Bag Tags

  1. Upload roster. Drop a CSV with each person’s name and assignment, or add people by hand. Need a starting point? Use Download CSV template.
  2. Check the columns. The app matches columns like Name, Player Name, First Name / Last Name and Assignment / Affiliate / Team. If it can’t, pick them yourself.
  3. Review. Rows marked Needs assignment didn’t match a destination (for example “A” or a blank). Choose the right one; nothing is guessed. Edit names, set copies, and untick anyone you don’t need.
  4. Tag destination. By affiliate (the default) prints each person’s own assignment. Houston only prints a Houston Astros · Daikin Park tag for everyone in the list, whatever their assignment; it doesn’t change the list, and switching back restores the affiliate tags.
  5. Print. Choose Letter sheets (6 per page) or Individual tags (4 × 3 in pages), then Print or Download PDF.
